I think Craig is the best I have ever worked with. He has great knowledge mechanically, but he also has a excellent intuativeness on what is happening in terms of problem solving. I own several older bikes and I feel extremely lucky that he is available to keep them running. I won't go anywhere else.

Older Bikes

I have been riding right at 40 years, lived in a lot pf places and had many mechanics work on my bikes. Glen is the absolute best. He kept me informed on his progress and why things were happening. I have never had any mechanic communicate as well as this. His process in problem solving is text book and solid. After all these years, I won't go anywhere else. He's the man.

1986 Kawasaki Ninja 1000R

I stopped by Graig's booth I remember asking him if he can repair and old bike like my, which is a 1986 Kawasaki Ninja 1000R. He had a couple of bikes on display. Graig told me that he can fix my bike and he'll pick it up then he gave me his card. He picked up my bike on March 30, 2019 and he started on my bike the same day! I used a couple of guys to repair my bike and it ran worst. Graig started sending me photos of his progress of the repairs day one! Now I tell you guys this, Graig is a man of integrity, awesome work and professionalism. Thanks Graig!!!!

WOW

After working with several mechanics who could not resolve my problems, I was referred to Craig Reed. Not only was he able to resolve my problems, but he recommended some custom solutions to prevent the problem from happening again. After putting air flow vents through my tank (yes, through) my custom Suzuki Intruder not only runs well... but collects a lot of head-scratchers asking how did I do that? I believe it's one of the reasons why my bike got second place at the rat hole bike show is Sturgis during the 75th year Anniversary Sturgis motorycyle rally.

Craig Reed also worked on my Honda 1000 Fireblade. He powder-coated my chiped up wheels (matching perfectly) put new tires on 4 an incredible price. If you're looking for a bike shop that cares about their work, their quality of work is excellent, and the price is unbelievably inexpensive compared to other shops... this is it. The shop is an anomaly in the biking community. Great pricing, quality of work.... with excellent pricing... WHAT??? WOW

integrity

I worked with Craig as my supervisor for 3 years in another industry. A more honest, diligent, and attentive craftsman you will not find. That's right, I said craftsman, because that is the way he approaches anything he does. His attention to detail, work ethic, and determination to do the job right, the FIRST time, are unmatched. The words "skill," and "precision" come to mind when I think of Craig Reed. I will be getting a motorcycle soon, and without hesitation I know Reed Cycle Works will be getting all of my repair business.
